Contemporary research into the science of stress regulation and heart break reveals that it is the ability to be curious which could help to heal a person. Especially when curiosity leads to sensations such as awe and wonder. Why? Because it helps you to change your thought patterns from what ails to what inspires. Hopefully, we may ask ourselves subjectively important questions such as where are we now and where we want to be.
